Prepare the ingredients
Peel the orange and banana. Wash the zucchini (keep the skin) and cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach.

In a high-speed blender, add the carrots, banana, zucchini pieces, almond milk, raw macadamia nuts, peeled orange, spinach, frozen honeydew melon, dates, flax oil, spirulina, and 1/4 cup of ice cubes to start.
Adjust the texture
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more ice cubes if you prefer a thicker texture.
Serve immediately
Pour into glasses and serve immediately to enjoy all the nutrients.
Tips and variations
- For a sweeter version, add an extra date or a little raw agave syrup.
- You can replace macadamia nuts with cashews or almonds to vary the flavors.
Anti-waste tips
Carrot tops can be used in pestos, soups, or green smoothies for additional nutritional benefits.
Save date pits to grow a date palm tree or use them as a natural exfoliant once dried and ground.
